01 Sponsor

02 Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the State of Texas who are 18 or older at the time of entry and whose residence is within the Sponsor's current service area: the Austin and San Antonio metropolitan areas, defined as home ZIP codes beginning with 780, 781, 782, 786, or 787. Employees of Sponsor and of Modern Forms, their affiliates, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.

Entries from outside the service area are accepted and saved for future service-area expansion, but are not eligible for any drawing. Sponsor confirms service-area residence with each potential winner before a prize is awarded.

03 Promotion period

The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Central Time (CT) on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 and ends at 5:00 PM CT on Thursday, December 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). It is divided into twelve drawing periods, shown in Section 06. Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper.

04 How to enter

Visit lightingsourcetx.com/giveaway and complete the entry form with your first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number, then submit. Submitting the form confirms that you meet the eligibility requirements in Section 02 and accept these Official Rules.

Optional questions and marketing consent do not affect eligibility or odds. No purchase, quote, consultation, or marketing consent is required to enter or win.

05 Entry limit

One entry per person per drawing period. An entrant is identified by email address and by ten-digit US phone number. Additional submissions in the same drawing period that match an existing entry on either email or phone are not counted. One entry per household email address per drawing period.

Entries submitted by automated means, under multiple identities, or through disposable email addresses to get around this limit are void. Sponsor may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes violates these rules.

06 Drawing schedule

Each drawing period opens when the prior drawing closes and ends at the drawing time below. Entries received after a drawing time count toward the next drawing.

07 Winner selection

At each drawing time, Sponsor's system selects one potential winner at random from all eligible entries received during that drawing period, using a cryptographically random selection method. If the system is unavailable at the drawing time, Sponsor runs the same selection as soon as it is restored, over the same set of entries. Entries do not carry over between drawing periods. Each drawing is recorded with the drawing period, the count of eligible entries, the time, and the operator.

A person may win only one sweepstakes prize during the Promotion Period. Once a winner is confirmed, their later entries are not eligible.

08 Prize

Twelve prizes, one per drawing. Each prize is one Modern Forms 65" Size Matters smart ceiling fan with integrated LED light kit in a custom finish, plus standard installation by Sponsor at the winner's residence in the service area. Approximate retail value (ARV): $900.

Standard installation means mounting on an existing, accessible, fan-rated ceiling box with existing wiring and a ceiling height of up to 14 feet. Any additional work, including installation on a ceiling higher than 14 feet, is quoted before it starts and is optional at the winner's expense. Installation must be scheduled within 60 days of prize acceptance. Prizes are not transferable and have no cash alternative.

09 Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each drawing period.

10 Notification, claim, and re-draw

Sponsor contacts each potential winner by phone and email within two business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within five days and may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and a liability and publicity release. If a potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner is drawn from the same drawing period.

11 Substitution

If the stated fan model or finish is discontinued or unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a comparable Modern Forms fan of equal or greater value.

12 Taxes

Each winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Because the ARV is $600 or more, the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV.

13 Publicity

Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may publish their first name, last initial, and city on the giveaway page and Sponsor's social channels without further compensation. Photos of the winner's home are used only with separate written permission.

14 Install bonus (separate offer)

The install bonus is a gift with purchase and is not part of this sweepstakes. Any outdoor lighting installation contract of $5,000 or more, before tax, signed with Sponsor between October 6, 2026 and December 31, 2026 includes one Modern Forms 65" Size Matters smart fan with light kit and standard installation, as defined in Section 08. The install bonus does not require a sweepstakes entry and has no effect on sweepstakes eligibility or odds. Contract terms govern the install bonus.

15 Privacy

Sponsor collects the information on the entry form and sends it to its customer relationship system (GoHighLevel) to run the sweepstakes, contact winners, and follow up on quote requests. Marketing email is sent only to entrants who opt in to email; marketing text messages are sent only to entrants who opt in to texts. Sponsor does not sell entrant information. Information from entrants who did not opt in is kept only as long as needed to run the promotion and meet legal obligations, then suppressed.

To have your information deleted, email info@lightingsourcetx.com with the subject line "Delete my entry." Deletion also blocks future entries from the same email and phone. Sponsor's Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, published on lightingsourcetx.com, also apply.

16 Social platforms

This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, or Google (YouTube). Entrants release those platforms from any liability connected to the sweepstakes.

17 General conditions and liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its control affects its administration, and in that case may award prizes from eligible entries received before the action. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and Modern Forms from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or from acceptance or use of a prize.

18 Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute is resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
